Software and Repair Services
ITC offers software and computer repair services (PCR) for any non-personal, Tech-owned machine. General prices for labor (not including applicable license fees) can be found here (link to Pricing page).
ITC provides campus licensing for some commonly-used software, including Adobe and Microsoft products. Once again, these software can only be installed on any non-personal, Tech-owned machines. If you can demonstrate a need for a specifc software package and want it installed on a Tech-owned machine, please contact the Help Desk and submit a work order.
You can also purchase machines, tablets, and other hardware through ITC. If you do not purchase your hardware and software through ITC, there is no guarantee that your system will be compatible with the Admin Network.*** If you have an issue with a computer, tablet, printer, or other Tech-owned device, please contact the Help Desk and submit a work order.
Software requests for classes
As a professor, you can request software be installed on ITC’s lab machines for a class you are teaching. You will not be charged for this service if the request is submitted more than 30 days prior to the start of the Spring or Fall semester. However, if the request is submitted later than that, you will be charged the current programming rate AND no guarantee is made that the software will be available at the start of your class.
