We provide the campus with access to the normal Internet as well as several national backbones, including Internet, Internet2 and ESNet. Access is provided from department-provided offices and wireless access nodes throughout campus. These connections are protected from the outside with firewalls and monitoring services and are supported with on-site support staff. To obtain Network services or a quote for services, please contact the Help Desk (575-835-5700 or firstname.lastname@example.org) and submit a work order. If the work order is for a Network issue, please include your IP address with the work order: this will help us diagnose the problem. If you don’t know your IP address check the instructions below and follow the directions for your specific OS (Windows, Mac, Linux, or Chromebook).
